At Threads by Coco, each item is custom-made with care and precision. Because of this, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a defect, we are happy to provide a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue, and we will assist you in getting a replacement.
